Our goal is to provide a turnkey suite with everything you need to run your beauty business in a clean, modern space.

- Suite Sizes: Range from 100 sq ft to 300 sq ft
- Professionals are encouraged to personalize their suites to align with their brand.
Yes! Luxe Salon Lofts offers a laundy room for tenants to use free of charge. We provide detergent and dryer sheets as well or you can supply your own.
Our suites come in various sizes. Each one is unique, but our smallest starts at about 100 sqft, and our largest is around 300 sqft. We like to describe our suites based on the number of chairs they can service, which can be either 1 or 2 chairs.

Each beauty professional has a key code or key to their suite.
Luxe Salon Loft is open 24/7! Our beauty professionals manage and operate their businesses on their own time and can bring in clients at their own choosing.
All beauty professionals are required to have proper licensing for state and county laws, as well as business insurance and an established clientele base to support their business. In addition, all beauty professionals will be required to complete a background check.
We have 24/7 security monitoring for the space with private, keyless entry, and security camera surveillance, Clients cannot enter the Lofts without getting buzzed in through a callbox on the front door. Each suite is lockable with keyless and keyed monitored access.
Luxe Salon Lofts handles all common area and suite maintenance.
